JUST HAD SURGERY ON LEFT BICEP ONE WEEK AGO,
JULY 2,2007. WANTED TO GET SOME SUGGESTIONS
ON WHAT EXACTLY I CAN DO TO TRY TO MAINTAIN,OR
AT THE LEAST STAY FIT, WHILE I'M IN THE HEALING STAGE?
I KNOW LIFTING WEIGHT'S IS OUT OF THE QUESTION,BUT
I'M JUST AFRAID OF LOSING ALL THAT I HAVE WORKED HARD FOR OVER THE YEARS IN THE NEXT SIX MONTHS OR SO THAT
I AM IN RECOVERY.ANY GURU'S OUT THERE PLEASE ADVISE.
