ankle soreness after running

I love to run and I don't want to give it up. My right ankle gets very sore after I run. I have a high arch. I have good running shoes, Saucony Grid Centergy. They feel great while I'm running. The pain is more of a soreness than a sharp pain. Any suggestions? The soreness usually subsides within a day or two. I run about 3 times per week only 2 to 3 miles. I never have swelling, just soreness. Is there an ankle support I can wear while I run? I don't have health insurance so I don't want to go to the Doctor if I don't have to. Any ideas???
