i cant lift my arm too high,if i do i get pain down my arm.i also at times have pains in my chest and ribs,cant sleep on my left side

An area of softer silicone is incoporated on the medial side of the cushion, the area most sensitive to plantar faciitis pain. Sold in pairs.
