fluid on top of patella

I get accumulating fluid on top of my patella. No pain, just clear fluid when a needle is inserted in it to bring it down. I do have calcified Osgood-Schlatters below that knee. Is rhis a ruptured bursa? There isn't any pain assocaited with it and I can reduce the size by hitting it also.

The Palumbo Patella Stabilizing Brace creates a dynamic, medially displacing force to the patella and allows functional activity while providing stability throughout the full range of knee motion.
