For a year or so now my ankles have this burning sensation when i play prolonged periods of sports or stand all day. The burning is in the front.
X-rays were negative and MRI didn't show anything either. I am 28 years old and would love to know what I can do to solve this as im very active. Thanks for the help. Arthritis maybe?

An area of softer silicone is incoporated on the medial side of the cushion, the area most sensitive to plantar faciitis pain. Sold in pairs.
