Re: rectus femoris mid-muscle tear

At softball training i went for a sprint a few steps into it i pulled like a muscle in my thigh and as per the muscle chart looks like it mat be the rectus femoris. I sat on the ground for half hour crying it was really painful. cant get into the doctor until tomorrow. i have a indent in my thigh and can hardly walk. What does this sound like and will it heal on its own...

Bio Skin compression shorts offer a significant advance over other brands. They supply superior compression to the groin and hamstring without the bulk of the typical compression shorts.
