Broken Tibia and Fibia recovery

Hi. I broke my tibia and fibula at about a forty degree angle by the growth plate in my knee over the new year holidays riding the four wheeler. I had to be in a cast and wheelchair for three months and got my cast off on march 30th. My doctor did not send me to physical therapy and my leg still hurts every now and then. It has been 2 months since my cast was removed and i still walk with a limp and can not bend my knee all the way even though i have been working it. I need help, so if there are any suggestions please e-mail me. and while my leg was in the cast my leg hair grew freakishly fast. any one know why? and im 16.
