torn rotator cuff

I had a torn rotator cuff (right shoulder) several years ago, when I had ins. had surgery and went through all the therapy it all seems good. When I went to therapy they taped the shoulder and now i have torn my left roator cuff... long story short, no insurance now! I was trying to remember how to tape it to relieve some pain. I still have all of the therapy instructions so I'm hoping to rehab @ home. Where can I find where/how to tape the joint? Please and thanks!
