Dislocating Fibia

My 12 year old son is having a problem with his fibia repeatedly dislocating on his right knee. He is active in baseball and football. He receives Osteopathic Manipulation Treaments every 2 weeks and they put the fibia back in place. With a day or so it dislocates again. Most of the time he is just walking normally when it happens. Is there a brace that will help this problem and if so what type of brace?
