Nice weight, flabby stomach

I'm not big at all so I do not need to lose any weight. I'm happy with my size and wouldn't mind getting a little bigger. The only problem is now I had a baby and I have a flabby stomach. I heard in order to get a flatter stomach you would need to lose weight overall. Well I really dont want to because Im afraid If I start working out and eating less calories Im going to lose alot of weight. And IF i have too I dont want to lose no more than 5lbs. So im just trying to see how do I need to eat and lose my stomach while keeping my overall weight and size?
