also.. i do an exercise right now that is quite unorthodox.. i simply take a 25lbs metal rod.. get my shoulder back and down/ chest high/ and then i cultivate the abnormal curve in my back and then just stand like that till i fatigue. Any thoughts? I do it once every 14 to 21days.. pending how it feels..i seem to recover quite slow from it.. its not a bad hurt just a mild sensation of exercise trauma.
