autrophy after acl surgery

Hi everyone. I was a competitive athlete in high school I tore my acl pretty serverly and then retore it wrestling around 3 years later. I exercise moderatly but would like to get more active but my right knee is so weak. My left leg just dominates the other leg. I would love to get some concrete advice on how to recondition my autrophy knee on the right. Im only 29 and want to compete in races but after I run a mile my dominate leg seems to absorb the weight. I m doing some strength training but not enough please help?

Silicone inserts leave radius and ulna pressure-free and provide intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
