lower back pain or injury?

Hi I am a 23 year old male with no history of medical issues however recently while I was weight training I seemed to have injured my lower back. There was somewhat of a pop/crack I heard internally in my lower back during a bent over row exercise with two heavy dumbbells in each hand.

The pain isn't severe, it is more of a discomfort however when I round my back/bend over at a certain angle I do get a bit of pain. I can sit upright, walk upright, stand upright absolutely fine without pain, I can even arch my back all the way with no issues.

Again the pain surfaces only when bending over or rounding my back otherwise it is completely fine. Should I be concerned? I ask because I do not have health insurance...

The built-in arch stabilizer provides support for greater stability. In addition Tuli's Stay Fresh Fabric is made with bacteria and fungus inhibitors which reduce unwanted odors.
