Re: Lower bicep/inner elbow pain

Have you seen a doc? Do you have a little bulge on your bicep like a popeye arm? could be a bicep tear. I suggest you see a doc right away. If it is a bicep tear you really only have a small window of opportunity (time-wise) to get that type of thing repaired.
