Re: wrapping a reoccurring injury for a race

wrapping can poorly help you in your race day because it doesn't directly address the concern you have of having an MTSS aka "shin splints". Its better to apply athletic taping that can limit the tibial rotation or application of kinesiotape on your pretibial muscles before you attend your most awaited rest day...!
