Re: leg pain

there is a myriad of possibilities of why your having a leg pain and the most common of it is the the medial tibial stress syndrome (MTSS) or most commonly known as "Shin Splints". The conservative treatment of it is wrapping your leg every morning and at night with ice for 10-15 minutes and refraining from physical activities like using the treadmill. Please don't aggravate the pain that you feel. If symptoms still persists after.. please consult your local PT.
