Lower bicep/inner elbow pain

While attempting to roll over a heavy concrete log I heard several popping sounds (very similar to when people crack they're knuckles)from the inside of my right elbow. I now have problems and great pain even lifting my arm (with the palm of my hand facing up). I do weight training three times a week for years and never had a problem now I can't even lift an empty cup. Any suggestions and treatments would be great. Regards. Reno.
