leg pain

I do the treadmill for 1 hr. daily at a speed of 3.5 on a flat elevation (2/dys) or 3.3 on an incline of 10% (5 dys). I've been experiencing pain btw. my ankle and knee which then goes into the knee and further up my leg to the thigh. I've also experienced when standing up a weakness in the leg. I've stopped doing the treadmill. Is there anything I could do to get rid of the pain? Thank you in advance.
