Quadriceps pain

I suffered a quadriceps strain ~10 days ago, due to a combination of overtraining and poor stretching. Now I have tightness and mild discomfort at the origin and insertion of my quads and hamstrings. I can run slowly and it isn't painful; it just doesn't feel normal. I have cut my running down and and completing my workouts with the elliptical. I have also been stretching religiously. Any idea how long this will last? Anything else I can do?
