Re: Torn Rotator Cuff Sugery

I to had a torn rotator cuff repair and now have one in the other shoulder. Was wondering how long is long enough to wait till I get this one fixed. Do I need full ROM in first tear so I won't be so dependent on others for help with my recovery?
