Lower Leg Injury
A few years ago I felt a pop around my achilles tendon while running downstairs to catch a class in college.
There was no real pain just tightness, and if I twisted my ankle it would twist out and I'd be fine.
Well turns out that it happened a few more times after that and each time it took longer to "twist" out. I was on the treadmill a few months ago and ended up feeling the tightness grow in my achilles area. The next day it was throbbing and in quite a bit of pain. I also feel like the arches of my foot in that leg are extremely tight as well as my toes.
Can anyone recommend a possible cause or way to have this stop? Its hard to be active with it.
