Re: Rotator cuff stretch causing discomfort

do you currently have a diagnosis of impingement or bursitis of the shoulder? when you perform that stretch you are really compressing the bicep tendon and that is what may be causing the pain. Are you in PT right now? Are they doing inferior joint mobs?
