Pubis Symphisis

I am currently going to physical therapy for Pubis Symhisis. Its been two sessions and no progress. I am wondering if my physical therapist has me doing the right exercises. My P.T. is saying my inflamed symhisis is from my hip popping out of socket thus pulling on the tendons attached to the pubic bone. So i am doing a lot of hip excersis to strengthen. Is this proper P.T. for Pubic Symphisis?
