After being active in the gym now for 3 months after a long rest, I am getting pains in my right shoulder whenever I do any upper body routines.
From what I can see on the picture I found in a book its the front head of the deltoid, its feel like its on the bone itself.
A friends dad says its inflammation, and that I should use a ice pack every night and that it will go away, this has not really helped after 1 week and is really buggering up my workout routine.
What can i do to fix this problem.
