Bicep pain

About a year and 1/2 ago I was doing a chin up and I got this terrible pain in my right Bicep. I did stop doing the chin ups as I was unable to do any more. Like a jerk I kept trying to work out though the pain the next week and did this until doing preacher curls with a 95 lbs and I lost it. I could barley move my right arm. I stopped working out and it took a year for it to be pain free and I was able to start to work out. I started ot slow and I havbe been able to do all weight aagin. Just this week after shoveling a ton of snow my right Bicept started to hurt again and now it feels the same as it did the year and 1/2 before. certin ways I turn my arm are real painful, even picking my arm up to brush my teeth. What should I do...?
