anterior deltoid/ bicep pain

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me figure out what type of injury I have. I was in a push-up on a bosu (unstable half ball, with flat side up), and I had a stability ball trying to get my legs on that to do a push-up followed by a reverse curl (so my legs curled the ball underneath me. Very challenging, but when I was doing this I went to my left side and couldn't control it so I fell off. Not bad but every since then I have had a pain in my left anterior deltoid/bicep area. It hurts at night often also. I can still workout some but limited in what I can do. For example taking 5 pd weights out in front of me on the way down it hurts. It's pain to the touch also...Any suggestions would be appreicated. Thank you, Becky
