wrist problems

I was a gymnast for 14 years and now cheer at my university. I have had wrist problems for years. My right wrist gets really stiff and the only way to make it feel normal is to crack it. However now even when i crack it my wrist still aches. If put any pressure on my wrist forward or back the joint hurts. Last summer I had scans to check for cysts like i had in my other wrist but there were none. It keeps getting worse and i dont know how to fix it. I am on a break from cheer and i really want to have it better for when i go back. Thanks!
