Re: Liz Frank Injury

Foot caught in an escalator. Had Three plates and screws with Liz Frank surgery. Not allowed any weight on my left foot for two months. Left calf atrophied significantly. Five weeks in. Anything I can do to help my calf muscle without ruining the surgery or putting weight or pressure on my foot? Next appointment not for three and a half weeks.

An area of softer silicone is incoporated on the medial side of the cushion, the area most sensitive to plantar faciitis pain. Sold in pairs.
