shoulder strain/impingement

doc i was bench pressing and overhead barbell pressing a month or so ago, felt a hot searring pain down my anterior head of my deltoid, at least that is where i felt it. seemed ok so i wne to military presses, later when i went to do rear dealt lateral raises 3-4 days later i felt almost a bruised bone/strain across my shoulder, now it hurts to rotate shoulder forward, like rolling trapezious forward, think Most Muscular Pose in bodybuilding, i have no insurance but have access to PT on campus what do you suggest? i can still do presses yet have not been, and lateral raises are fine as well, chest exercises hurt, heavy biceps, and certain back exercises.....
