Overtraining

I was wondering if I have overtrained. I started a rigorous workout regimen and my bench press increased very rapidly. I then hit a wall and I couldn't increase the weight anymore and then it got to the point where I could not do the same amount and now I have actually had to decrease the weight. This is very frustrating to say the least. Is this a result of overtraining and how do I fix this/rehabilitate? Thank you

The Simply Stable VOS, valgus overload stabilizer elbow brace is designed to help control valgus overload stresses during functional overhead motions. The overhead motions associated with throwing, tennis and volleyball put a tremendous stress on the elbow joint and ulnar collateral ligament (UCL).
