Re: sore sternum

i was in a car accident march 26 the air bag didn't deploy and seat belt jammed i have been to the emergency room three times for severe chest pains and pain when i breathe,they said my oxygen level was fine but i had chest contusions and a bruised sternum but i still have so much pain and can hardly do anything.i can only sleep on my back which i already have problems with,how long should this pain last and what can i do to help aleviate the pain and soreness.i have a doctors appointment on may 15 but don't know wwhat to do until then,i have to go to through the health department due to no insurance and no job please help!!!!!!
