tendonitis in elbow

I also have a question about my tendontits. I have been having pain in my left elbow and arm for over two months now. My doctor said it was tendonitis when I went to her over a month ago, but, shouldnt it feel better by now? I am not an active person by any stretch of the imagination. The only thing I can come up with is that I have an older car, and the windows are ridiculously hard to roll up and down. Should I go back to the doctor? Or get a new car?
