Hip Pain

I have had pain in my hip ever since I had my daughter over a year ago. My right side is a warm, burning pain and it runs all down my legs. My left hip doesn't hurt, but my left leg hurts as well. I've also noticed that when I run I get terrible knee problems, even though I've been a runner all my life. I wonder if the knees are a problem because of my hip. Please help.

The Achillotrain has a viscoelastic heel-wedge to raise the heel for relief of Achilles tendon. A silicone insert on the back of the Achillotrain leaves tendon pressure-free and provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
