Re: Tibia/Shin Muscle Strenthening Exercises

My daughter broke the Tibia bone at the shaft (middle) of shin. She plays coompetetive soccer and wants to get back to playing. Any suggestions to strengthen shin, ankle, calve muscles which has been in a cast for four months.
