When Physical Therapy Doesn't work

I keep getting placed in physical therapy for an overuse injury. When I exercise with weights, my muscles don't warm up and my muscles never really get used to the weight. How am I supposed to increase weight when I'm like this? I suspect that I'm deficient in some enzyme. Furthermore, the overuse injury was restricted to my throwing arm, but the symptoms I described apply to my entire body. I don't know why. I'm a 21 year old male who is in good standing health. I've been this way since high school. Can anyone relate?

Helps strengthen the kneecap mechanism by applying pressure on the tendon above the kneecap as well. This tends to reduce the forces of the quadriceps on the patella tendon and erosion of the under surface of the kneecap due to a possible misalignment of the quadriceps (Q-angle).
