Some babies just do those things a little later. I helped my grand daughter by pulling her knees up under her and supporting her elbows getting her into the kneeling position. Then I would rock her forward and back. It's a learning process of feeling where the position is. Work on this everyday. Some babies delay in crawling if they are left in a walker or a saucer too long during the day. Don't worry though, the crawling milestone is 8 months...but like I said, some kids are late and some really never crawl at all.
