Knee Pain / Meniscus

In the past I have had two knee scopes done to trim the meniscus in my right knee from sports injuries. I haven't had a surgery for about 4 years. And lately I have been experiencing a little bit of discomfort in my knee, and I have also felt like it isn't as strong as it should be.

Are there excercises or stretches I can do on a regular basis to strengthen it, and/or keep from tearing it again.

Thanks,
Kevin Case
