dislocated elbow therapy

I dislocated my elbow a month ago. As of right now I'm off the splint and the doctor says I should go to physical therapy but I simply cannot afford it. Is there any therapy or exercises I can do at home? I still cannot bend my elbow, so it's still in the L shape as it was when I had the splint.

For Tennis Elbow (lateral epicondylitis). The silicone insert fits next to the skin. The insert stabilizes the muscles and apply force to relieve epicondylitis.
