Severe pain in left calf effecting mobility

Have been very sedentary lately due to marking papers. Noticed that my left leg was showing signs of cramping and after doing stretching exercises it did not improve but remained in a cramped state and was very painful. This condition continued but my muscle was just very painful. However went out to the shops and the leg just seized up completely and was difficult to walk on. Now I am in a constant state of pain.

Please advise - am overweight and my sister has a heart condition. Am supple enough and did exercise but not over the last 4 months. Had my womb removed last year and am on hrt.

Thank you
Deirdre

Bio Skin compression shorts offer a significant advance over other brands. They supply superior compression to the groin and hamstring without the bulk of the typical compression shorts.
