Elbow pain...

My right elbow has been bothering me for about 2 years now. I don't know how I injured it or anything. Everytime I throw with it whether it be a football, baseball or anything it starts to hurt and the pain lasts a long time. The pain goes all the way up to my shoulder and all the way down to my hand. Everytime I go to the doctors and they take x-rays they say nothing is wrong but clearly something is. What your take?
