heel injury

I strained a "heel cord" playing tennis about 4 weeks ago. I would say I have recovered to about at 60% of what I consider normal. I started playing again this week, but heavily tape my ankle to limit flexing the cord as I am concerned about reinjuring.

I'm looking for a good brace that will reduce mobility & stretching of the heel cord and not ankle rollover.

Any options are greatly apreciated.

Helps strengthen the kneecap mechanism by applying pressure on the tendon above the kneecap as well. This tends to reduce the forces of the quadriceps on the patella tendon and erosion of the under surface of the kneecap due to a possible misalignment of the quadriceps (Q-angle).
