Tendonitus

Last October I had my right shoulder replaced. The surgeon tells me the operation was successful but that I have tendonitus now and it will take time to heal. He has given me two cortizone shots one month apart and they have not helped. He says to discontinue therapy, do exercizes daily at home, heat and ice twice a day each and wear the sling as I wish. I am very concerned and hope that there is something more I should be doing that I am not aware of.
