Hi Jennifer, physical therapy will help stengthen all your rotater cuff tendons and muscles. i broke my shoulder 10 yrs ago, and therapy helped alot. i've got a similar problem, they told me i had tendonitis. that was six mths ago, and i'm still in pain. What symptoms did you have after you injured your shoulder?
