shoulder pain

I hope someone can help me with this problem. I've had chronic shoulder pain for 6 months. I'm a baseball player, and have had significant time off. I was diagnosed with rotater tendonitis, that was in december. since then i've had 2 cortisone shots, iced my arm to death, used heat, and every medication under the sun, including cissus, enzymes, glucosimine, motrin, celebrex, tramadol, soma, etc. but nothing has helped. does anyone have any idea what i'm dealing with?

Anatomically knitted knee support incorporating contoured silicone insert surrounding the patella: The kinetically integrated guide counteracts lateralization of the pattella. During activity the insert not only counteracts patellar malalignment but provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
