Muscle 'pinch' during Yoga

On occasion, during Yoga excercises in which the body is bent forward, I experience a pain sensation at my lower right rib area which feels like a muscle is being sqweezed or pinched between two ribs. After returning to a standing (or lying) position and stretching my arms over my head, the sqweezing sensation relieves after a moment or two, but this time the area has remained sore for a few days. I don't feel any sign of a hernia in the area. Any light you can shed on this would be appreciated. Thx.

Silicone inserts leave the epicondyle pressure-free and provide an intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
