Losing weight with Cerebral Palsy

Hi. So I would like to lose weight and I am willing to go to the gym and everything but I have mild cerebral palsy that affects my arms and legs and I am worried about needlessly hurting myself. For instance, I can walk around the city for a few hours and keep going at a slow and steady pace but if I am on a treadmill at approximately the same speed for more than 15 minutes I am in agony. I also happen to have flat feet due to the C.P. I was wondering if you had any advice on how I could get started? Thank you.

Each Universal Patella Stabilizer comes with a donut and horseshoe shaped buttress. These buttresses can be trimmed to customize the patellar support.
