I'm 24 years old girl, i had ana ankle sprain last year, my ligaments were semi damaged so i wore a cast for month then i got back to the normal life with abit exercises and walking.
Last month i started a running program to lose weight, and day after day i felt the pain again that i can't even walk on it normally.
Please advice what steps shall i take??
P.S I'm putinng ice on it during the day, but how long shall it takes and how to fully recover?
