Re: siatic nerve

two years ago i got a bubble inbetween L5 and S1 and had microwave and electro therapy which was costly took a long time to heal but worked.I was lifting someting heavy the other day and had to goe to hospital. since then i have a trapped sciatic nerve but down ther other leg. any ideas what to do. dont know if the last treatment cured it or just sent it away for a while.
