Re: siatic nerve

I have siatic pain that radiates down my left leg to the left side of my shin muscles. I developed this pain after recovering from lower back muscle sprain. I have never had this before although I have sprained my lower back muscles before. After returning to work in which I do alot of walking, my shin muscles in my left leg were sore after work. Could this be due to a subconscious compensation for the pain in my left leg?
