Re: sprained ankle or torn ligament

Hi!
I injured my ankle playing football, kicking the ground instedad of the ball... Continuaed playing with pain but not big problems.
Not massive swelling and no problems in walking, but awful pop while walking and difficulties and pain in many movements: I didn't worry at first, should I?
Thanks

Silicone inserts leave radius and ulna pressure-free and provide intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
